We sincerely apologize to all members for the significant inconvenience and disruption caused by the prolonged maintenance period. We are pleased to announce that, with some exceptions, the suspended member services resumed on April 16.

Regarding domestic hotel reservations through the official website, members are still unable to sign in at this time. However, some hotels have prepared member accommodation plans that can be booked without signing in. We kindly ask that you proceed with reservations directly through the official website.
For customers who are already One Harmony members, a password reset is required for your first use under the new membership program. Please sign up and register again from here.

One Harmony is a complimentary membership program with no enrollment or annual fees, available at Okura Hotels & Resorts, Nikko Hotels International, and Hotel JAL City.
Members can earn points each time they stay at participating hotels, along with enjoying a wide range of exclusive benefits. Use it across Japan and around the world.
For hotel stays, the number of points you earn increases significantly.
In addition, points are earned for every ¥100 spent.
Each time you earn or redeem points, the expiration date of all your points is extended to 24 months from the date of your most recent activity.
Your points will remain valid until 24 months after the date they were last used.
As long as you continue to use the program, your points will not expire.
At the time of the program revision, the expiration date of any points you currently hold will be updated to 24 months from the date of the program revision.
A new tier, Exclusive Plus, has been introduced within the Exclusive status category.
With changes to the number of points earned for hotel stays, members will be able to upgrade their status faster than ever before. In addition, the qualification criteria for status levels have been revised.
The qualification assessment period will run from January to December 2026. Status benefits are scheduled to take effect from April 2026 onward.
