One of the hotel’s special offerings is our coffee. While you can enjoy it in your room or at the buffet during your stay, a cup at the café & bar feels a little more special.
Our original blend is made from "Sky Colombia," beans grown in high-altitude regions, specifically from areas with limited production. This premium coffee is cultivated in locations closer to the sky, where the large temperature difference between day and night allows the beans to mature slowly, concentrating their rich flavors. The balance of its sweet aroma and full-bodied, rich taste is exceptional, enhanced by the clear waters of Niseko.
We brew our coffee using the "Hikari (Lights) Syphon," a stylish and sophisticated brewing method. Enjoy the sensory experience as you watch the coffee being prepared in this elegant design. The delicious flavor satisfies your taste buds, while the rich aroma and extraction sounds engage your sense of smell and hearing. The gentle light of the halogen heater will soothe your eyes. Come and experience a café time that refreshes all your senses.
Alcohol menu is lined with a carefully curated selection of vintage cocktails, original cocktails, wines, champagnes, and other fine items chosen by our expert bartenders.
The Shiribeshi region is renowned for its sake tourism, with a variety of distilleries producing local craft beer, gin, sake, Yoichi wine, and whiskey. Surrounded by rich nature, fresh air, and the pure waters of Mt. Yotei, this area produces exceptional spirits, and you may even encounter exclusive, limited-edition drinks.
Under the theme of "Hokkaido Sweets Selection," we are offering popular sweets from across Japan at our Café & Bar.
Featured treats include the Hokkaido milk shaved ice "conayuqi," which became a sensation in Tokyo’s Shibuya and Sapporo, the "Fuwa Can" made with strawberries, chiffon cake, and whipped cream, and the "Egg Pudding" from Shimokawa Abe Poultry Farm.
