Bus Conditions & Important Notes:
・Bus fare is included in the accommodation cost.
・Children aged 13 and older: Must have an adult ticket and be included in the adult reservation count.
・Children aged 5–12: Should be included in the child reservation count.
・Children under 5: May ride for free on an adult’s lap (1 child per adult). If a seat is required, they must be included in the child reservation count.
・No refunds will be issued if the shuttle is missed.
・Delays due to traffic or weather may affect arrival times.
・Check that the bus arrival times align with your flight’s check-in requirements, as these vary by airline.

Cancel Policy
- Dec1-Feb 28: 100% Charge if cancelled within 60 days before stay.
- Mar1 onward: Free cancellation up to 2 days before stay.
20% Penalty for cancellations 1 day before stay.
100% cancellation penalty for cancellations on the day or No show.
Children Policy
Children age 0-12 years old can stay free with parents with existing bedding configuration based on the room maximum occupancy allowed. Breakfast and Club Lounge Access fee for children sharing beds with parents are not include in the room price and should be paid on the spot.
