【Discount Rate】
• 7 nights or more: 50% off from BAR (Room Only)

【Terms & Conditions】
• Full payment is required at the time of booking confirmation.
• Guests are required to register for a free One Harmony membership upon check-in. A 10% discount on restaurant charges will be provided during the stay.
• Room cleaning is provided once every three days. Additionally, beverage replenishment is not available during the stay.

【Payment & Cancellation Policy】
• Full payment must be made at least 30 days prior to arrival.
• If cancelled after payment, a refund will be processed according to the cancellation policy.
• No refunds will be issued for any reason after check-in.
• Cancellation Fees:
30 to 15 days before arrival: 30% of the total amount
14 to 8 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount
7 days to the day of arrival: 100% of the total amount
• Payment must be made in advance. Accepted payment methods are credit card or bank transfer.
• Bank transfer fees for both payment and refund (if applicable) are the responsibility of the guest.
• Reselling the room or allowing non-registered guests to stay during your stay is strictly prohibited. If such activity is confirmed, the discounted amount will be charged additionally.
• A credit card must be registered at check-in.

Arrive quickly and comfortably with our airport shuttle! A bus transfer is included at a special rate of 15% off the regular room rate.

Kutchan Town Accommodation Tax (2% per adult per night) and Hot Spring Tax (JPY150 per person per night) are charged separately at the property.

After completing your accommodation reservation, our hotel staff will send you an email with the bus reservation link. Please ensure to complete the bus reservation.

Bus Schedule:
The bus included in this plan (Niseko Direct Shuttle) operates only once per day. Please note that substitution to other buses are not available.

・Expected arrival at the hotel: 14:15

Checkout Day:

Bus Conditions & Important Notes:
・Bus fare is included in the accommodation cost.
・Children aged 13 and older: Must have an adult ticket and be included in the adult reservation count.
・Children aged 5–12: Should be included in the child reservation count.
・Children under 5: May ride for free on an adult’s lap (1 child per adult). If a seat is required, they must be included in the child reservation count.
・No refunds will be issued if the shuttle is missed.
・Delays due to traffic or weather may affect arrival times.
・Check that the bus arrival times align with your flight’s check-in requirements, as these vary by airline.

Reservations are guaranteed by full prepayment by major credit card in advance - non-refundable

Cancel Policy
- Dec1-Feb 28: 100% Charge if cancelled within 60 days before stay.
- Mar1 onward: Free cancellation up to 2 days before stay.
20% Penalty for cancellations 1 day before stay.
100% cancellation penalty for cancellations on the day or No show.

Children Policy
Children age 0-12 years old can stay free with parents with existing bedding configuration based on the room maximum occupancy allowed. Breakfast and Club Lounge Access fee for children sharing beds with parents are not include in the room price and should be paid on the spot.
