Nikko Style Niseko HANAZONO has been awarded the “World’s Best New Ski Hotel” at the World Ski Awards 2025.

Often referred to as the “Oscars of the ski tourism industry,” the World Ski Awards were established in 2013. They are a highly reputable accolade, with winners determined through six months of voting by both industry professionals and general travelers across various categories.

While there are numerous “Best Ski Hotel” awards given across different countries and regions, the “World’s Best New Ski Hotel”—which our property received—is the highest honor awarded to a single newly opened ski hotel in the world. Our hotel was initially selected as a finalist alongside four other new properties from Austria, France, Slovakia, and Italy. After approximately six months of voting, the official results were announced on November 10, 2025, and we are proud to have emerged as the winner.
