Details are as follows:
■ Maintenance Period
12:00 a.m., March 23, 2026 – 10:00 a.m., April 1, 2026 (scheduled)
Services will be resumed sequentially after the completion of maintenance, and an announcement will be posted on the official One Harmony website.
■ Services to Be Suspended
The following services will be unavailable during the maintenance period:
■ Reservations During the Maintenance Period
During the system maintenance period, reservations at member rates will not be available. We kindly ask members to make reservations prior to the maintenance period whenever possible. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
If you make a reservation at the regular rate during the maintenance period, please inform the hotel at check-in that you are a One Harmony member. The member rate will be applied, except for accommodation plans that do not offer a member rate or plans that have already been prepaid.
For reservations that have already been made, you may confirm or cancel your booking using your reservation number and registered email address.
Please note that during the maintenance period, the One Harmony Membership Office and individual hotels will also be unable to assist with the suspended services. Thank you for your understanding.
