【Terms & Conditions】
• Full payment is required at the time of booking confirmation.
• Guests are required to register for a free One Harmony membership upon check-in. A 10% discount on restaurant charges will be provided during the stay.
• Room cleaning is provided once every three days. Additionally, beverage replenishment is not available during the stay.

【Payment & Cancellation Policy】
• Full payment must be made at least 30 days prior to arrival.
• If cancelled after payment, a refund will be processed according to the cancellation policy.
• No refunds will be issued for any reason after check-in.
• Cancellation Fees:
30 to 15 days before arrival: 30% of the total amount
14 to 8 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount
7 days to the day of arrival: 100% of the total amount
• Payment must be made in advance. Accepted payment methods are credit card or bank transfer.
• Bank transfer fees for both payment and refund (if applicable) are the responsibility of the guest.
• Reselling the room or allowing non-registered guests to stay during your stay is strictly prohibited. If such activity is confirmed, the discounted amount will be charged additionally.

Nikko Style Niseko HANAZONO has been awarded the “World’s Best New Ski Hotel” at the World Ski Awards 2025.

Often referred to as the “Oscars of the ski tourism industry,” the World Ski Awards were established in 2013. They are a highly reputable accolade, with winners determined through six months of voting by both industry professionals and general travelers across various categories.

While there are numerous “Best Ski Hotel” awards given across different countries and regions, the “World’s Best New Ski Hotel”—which our property received—is the highest honor awarded to a single newly opened ski hotel in the world. Our hotel was initially selected as a finalist alongside four other new properties from Austria, France, Slovakia, and Italy. After approximately six months of voting, the official results were announced on November 10, 2025, and we are proud to have emerged as the winner.
