• Stay Period: April 1st - November 30th, 2025 (Check-out date must be December 1st, 2025 at the latest)
• Blackout Dates: None
• Plan: Room Only (Nikko Club Lounge access included)
• Eligible Room Types: Studio Suite (Twin beds) and/or Studio Corner Suite (King bed)

【Discount Rate】
• 7 nights or more: 50% off from BAR (Room Only)
• 14 nights or more: 60% off from BAR (Room Only)
• 30 nights or more: 70% off from BAR (Room Only)

【Terms & Conditions】
• Full payment is required at the time of booking confirmation.
• Guests are required to register for a free One Harmony membership upon check-in. A 10% discount on restaurant charges will be provided during the stay.
• Room cleaning is provided once every three days. Additionally, beverage replenishment is not available during the stay.

【Payment & Cancellation Policy】
• Full payment must be made at least 30 days prior to arrival.
• If cancelled after payment, a refund will be processed according to the cancellation policy.
• No refunds will be issued for any reason after check-in.
• Cancellation Fees:
30 to 15 days before arrival: 30% of the total amount
14 to 8 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount
7 days to the day of arrival: 100% of the total amount
• Payment must be made in advance. Accepted payment methods are credit card or bank transfer.
• Bank transfer fees for both payment and refund (if applicable) are the responsibility of the guest.
• Reselling the room or allowing non-registered guests to stay during your stay is strictly prohibited. If such activity is confirmed, the discounted amount will be charged additionally.
• A credit card must be registered at check-in.
